We picked her up from the RSPCA yesterday and introduced her to her new forever home. She's quite a character, travels well in the car and loves to see what's going on. Straight after picking her up at the pound we dashed over to 'Pets at Home' and dashed in a supermarket sweep style around the aisles buying essential dog items.
She's 5 kilos underweight, however in this household putting weight on isn't a problem. She likes her food, like us and snuffles, snores and farts at will, quite hillarious. We've discovered she likes her bed, the moment it went on the floor she was in it, and there she's pretty much stayed.
She was a bit whiffy from the Kennels and although we have given her a bath and used a doggy dioderiser on her she's off to 'Betty&Butch" first thing this morning for a full professional bath and clean. She loves the attention, however as her tail is so curled you can't see it wag. Another little foyball is when out walking, although she's perfect on the lead no pulling or tantrums, however she doesn't like going uphill! She's a flat walking or downhill dog, perhaps a down hill skier in a previous life?
Anyhow.... She's currently snoring in the kitchen and refusing to go out into the garden.
